You will:

As a Junior Quantitative User Researcher at Cabify, you will work in a dynamic environment where constant communication is key. You’ll be responsible for:
  • Helping to develop a quantitative research discipline into the Cabify product research team.
  • Working closely with design, product management, data science, engineering, product marketing, brand, and other areas, executing relevant research projects and taking into account an user-centred vision.
  • Conducting all phases of an end-to-end quantitative research project (Research design, logistics, fieldwork, analysis and report).
  • Synthesizing and integrating multiple data streams (including passively collected data, analytics, survey data, and qualitative research), to insights that lead to a deeper understanding of users and their social and cultural contexts.
  • Generating, reporting and disseminating results in inspiring and compelling ways, in order to obtain insights that are as actionable as possible.
Our Ideal candidate has:
  • Great alignment with our principles, we take this very seriously.
  • 1+ years of experience as a technical expert in a Junior Quantitative Research role, preferably with User Experience, Design, or Product teams.
  • Background in Cognitive Science, Experimental Psychology, Sociology, Information Science, Statistics or a related field(s).
  • Strong expertise in technical statistics tools (Barbwin, SPSS...) for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
  • Expertise in questionnaire design & programming (Typeform, Google Forms, Gandia Integra...).
  • Know-how on qualitative research methodologies and how to link them to quantitative research.
  • Ability to build research materials and communicate research findings in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and the logistic challenges that come with it.
