Responsibilities
- Collect users or customers needs (strong knowledge of processes is needed)
- Understand the needs to translate them into a User Story validated by the users and the Product Owner
- Understand the IT architecture of the Product
- Back-up the Product Owner in their exchanges with the development team and stakeholders
- Contribute to the change management
- Assist training team during Beta-test sessions and final release testing sessions
- Contribute to priority management of the backlog
