Junior Product Operations Analyst (Product Improvement)

As Onfido’s growth accelerates, we’re looking for an analytical and driven Product Operations Analyst to be the focal point in ensuring our product development strategy is data-driven.

Part of a wider Product Operations team, you’ll be the analytical powerhouse responsible for proactively identifying areas that should be prioritised to have the biggest overall impact by analysing product data. You will turn customer feedback into actionable insights and support development teams to implement solutions.

To help you succeed, you’ll receive in-depth training from colleagues and our new joiner onboarding process. And you’ll be led by a supportive, intelligent team lead that will help nurture your ongoing development and growth.
