Junior Product Operations Analyst (Product Adoption)

As Onfido’s growth accelerates, we’re looking for an awesome client facing Product Operations Manager (Product Adoption) to help create superb customer experiences through trialling, proof of concept, and launch. 

At the technical validation stage of the commercial process our prospects are able to trial our solution before committing to buy. You’ll be part of a specialist team of operations experts, be responsible for ensuring this stage in the process goes smoothly and any risks are mitigated. Besides this, you will also be supporting to drive improvement initiatives to increase conversion.

To help you succeed, you’ll receive in-depth training from colleagues and our new joiner onboarding process. And you’ll be led by a supportive team lead that will help nurture your ongoing development and growth.
