🌍 How does Finalis work?

We are a fully-remote company with Finalists distributed between the time zones of Eastern Standard Time and Eastern European Time .

If you’re located outside this time zone range, depending on the needs of your team, you may be requested to be available during specific hours.

Although we don’t have an official physical place to work, we promote gathering with your team or other colleagues whenever possible.

🤝 What about your team?

As Finalis continues to rapidly grow, we seek to bring on a Jr. Product Manager for our End to End Deal Execution Products and Back office team.

We currently have a very dynamic team composed of super proactive and collaborative people. On a daily basis, you will be in touch with Product Designers, Developers and QAs to deliver amazing products to delight our users. You will be participating in all SCRUM ceremonies and product discovery meetings to understand our stakeholders pain points and translate their needs into requirements.

✨ What will you be doing?

Fully understand and follow the Finalis published product development methodology

Support the product managers in their day to day tasks to deliver product based on the product roadmap

Ability to effectively translate business needs intobusiness requirements

Assist the Product Team translating product needs into a dynamic product strategy, roadmap and vision.

Work alongside the Business Owners to complete the Business Needs documents

Regularly check with the development team to identify and assist with any blockers that may arise.

Deliver weekly status to the Product Team of what's been done, wip and estimated delivery.

Support product plan execution, collaborating with business owners, engineering and other teams.

Assist in developing strategies, establishing priorities, and leading the roadmap using criteria and requirements defined during research

Acts as the customer advocate articulating the user’s and/or buyer’s needs

Assist to all Team ceremonies and help with blockers that may arise

Contact QA Team to make sure all user's stories have been properly addressed in Test Rails

Make notes of all meetings with Business Owners and translate them into tasks/ user stories in the backlog

Help Product Manager prioritize according to Resource Availability

Check definition of done and documentation for All items currently being developed

The Jr. Product Manager reports to the Sr. Product Manager
