We are looking for a Junior Data Product Manager (full-time) to join our Data team in Berlin. 

In this role, the Junior DPM is responsible for supporting data-driven initiatives and ensuring the efficient management of data within the organization. This role focuses on implementing strong data operations and data management practices to enhance data quality and integrity. The Junior Data Product Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to optimize data processes and enable data-driven decision-making.

You will:

  • Manage and optimize data management and data operations processes with a focus on data quality improvement 
  • Implement robust data operations strategies and processes
  • Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility for analysis and decision-making
  • Establish and enforce data quality standards standards and perform a regular audits
  • Assist in coordinating data-related projects and ensure timely delivery

You have:

  • Strong technical background, with experience in data analytics and/or data engineering
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
