Junior Associate Product Management, Salesforce – Class of 2022

As a Junior Associate Product Manager in our Salesforce practice, you’ll work on an agile team with other passionate, driven, and talented people to create innovative custom solutions for our clients on the Salesforce platform. You will be part of an accelerated learning and mentoring program where you will learn the Salesforce platform, other tools and technologies, and consulting 101 skills via hands-on practice under the guidance of our senior delivery leads. At the conclusion of the program, you will have the foundation, skills and abilities to work as a Professional Services Consultant in our Salesforce practice, and will be ready to start working with clients by month 2.You’ll also receive ongoing structured learning during your first three years that is tailored to you, and you will also be supported with your growth & progression.

Your Impact:

•Work with clients to implement solutions around salesforce.com.

•Scope, architect, conduct requirement sessions and assist in technical architecture in a Business Process Review.

•Manage resource requirements on each project and write customer deliverables and implementation plans along with training to the client as needed.

•Manage implementation projects from post sale to post go-live.

•Provide customer training as required and configure Salesforce.com

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, graduating between December 2021 and August 2022
• Willingness and desire to learn the Salesforce.com platform
• Completion of at least 1 internship or co-op experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Strong academic track record
• Excellent written/verbal communication and time management
• Strong desire to learn about customer success, consulting best practices and delivering quality work.
• Willingness to travel up to 80-100% (While travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
