JOB SUMMARY
OCUS is looking for a Product Design Apprentice. As a member of the Product team, you will actively contribute to spread user centred methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Actively apply the user centred design methodologies & act as an advocate for our users within the product & engineering team and the rest of the organisation.
- Work closely with a small cross-functional team (product managers, developers, data analysts & designers)
- Support user research process & conduct usability tests to validate team’s designs
- Collaborate with designers to develop design documentation
- Create high-fidelity prototypes using Figma for assisting the designers to build smart, scalable and consistent end-to-end experiences for our users, using our design system.
? At the end of your internship you will have ?
Developed communication skills by participating to conception workshops
Evolved in an Agile environment with SCRUM ceremonies
Improved design skills by using prototyping tools and sharing with other designers
Enforced UX processes
Learn conception processes in an international context
REQUIREMENTS
- Full-stack designer (Knowledge of human centred design methods)
- Proficiency on Figma
- Proficient in a variety of methods to convey ideas from design sprints, wireframes, journey maps, user flows, quick mockups, to high-fidelity prototypes
- Passionate for every UX touch point from architecture of information & research to micro-interactions & pixel perfect deliverables
- Good knowledge of web usability standards
- Deep appreciation for elegant and thoughtful design
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates your work and your eye for details
- Familiar with HTML/CSS would be a plus
- Fluency in English
