We are looking for a passionate and seasoned Brand & Presentation Designer to help us elevate our internal marketing and communications for a group of 500+ people. This is a brand new role where you will help us simplify the technically complex with words and visuals. You are someone who thrives on crafting engaging stories and presentations for the purpose of internal communication. Your will play a vital part in helping to align and inspire our teams so they can ship meaningful impact. 

What you'll do

  • You will mix the right level of clarity, creativity, and inspiration to build designs and craft narratives that communicate our mission, vision, and strategy to internal teams.
  • You will help us evaluate and redesign our internal brand and identity system.
  • You will up-level our approach to presentation design—creating deck templates so most teams can ‘grab and go’ and providing hands-on custom support for high-profile events.  
  • You will partner closely with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Insights, Design, Operations, and PR & Comms to rapidly produce multiple concepts; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail.
  • You will produce enhanced visuals in various forms such as presentations, illustrations, data visualizations, motion design, and video. You are not afraid to write and edit copy.
  • You will create a sustainable way to triage and support ongoing requests for help with brand and marketing design. 
  • You will be autonomous and take full ownership over your work—taking responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way.

Who you are

  • You have 5+ years of experience working in-house to design internal brands and presentations. 
  • You are a systems thinking designer who has related experience working on visual identity systems at scale with a strong attention to detail.
  • You are comfortable working in ambiguous spaces that are technically complex. The thought of explaining algorithms and machine learning in a simple way genuinely excites you.
  • You are a fantastic communicator and compelling storyteller. Your written and verbal communication skills help align and inspire teams.
  • Your creative process involves exploring multiple concepts and seeking feedback from stakeholders. You’re okay with pivots and last minute changes, knowing it’s the end result that matters most. 
  • You have an online portfolio or PDF that you can share with us. A link to your online portfolio, or a PDF, is required. Applications without a portfolio are unlikely to be considered.

Where you'll be

  • We are a distributed workforce enabling our band members to find a work mode that is best for them!
  • Where in the world? For this role, it can be within the Americas region in which we have a work location and is within working hours. 
  • Working hours? We operate within the Eastern Standard time zone for collaboration and ask that all be located in that time zone.
