You'll work on the feature that will transform how companies approach automation metrics and decision-making, making a tangible difference to Workato's positioning in the market. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams - design, engineering, and go-to-market (GTM) - to shape the product lifecycle and drive its success. The ideal candidate is passionate about user experience and data-driven product design, with a keen understanding of what defines an enterprise-standard BI experience.

You will also be responsible to:

  • User Research and Insights: Collect customer stories and translate these feedback into actionable improvements to ensure we are solving the right problems for our users. Gather insights on customer pain points, use cases, and how they interact with the feature.

  • AI & BI Research: Conduct in-depth research on emerging AI tools, generative models, and analytics platforms that improve analyst productivity and business intelligence.

  • Product development lifecycle: Assist product managers in translating business requirements into clear, technical requirements. Create user stories, define product specifications, and work with engineers to ensure delivery.

  • Go-to-Market enablement: Empower GTM and CS to evangelize Workato insights to their customers. Contribute to internal training to ensure everyone is aligned on how the feature works and its value proposition.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for Workato Insights, ensuring a source of truth for its capabilities, limits, and use cases.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze product usage data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Present findings and drive data-informed product decisions.

  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends in business intelligence and automation, and help the team stay competitive by identifying gaps and opportunities in the market.

  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently, working with distributed teams in a fast-paced environment.
