YOUR MISSION

Glovo is looking for a Product Design Intern to join our UX team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with UX Research, Content Design, Product, Engineering, and Data—learning how cross-functional teams work together to create meaningful, user-centered solutions. As a Product Design Intern, you’ll contribute to shaping the user experience and visual language of our mobile app and website. You’ll support the team in turning ideas and product requirements into intuitive, engaging user exoeriences, while learning how to apply user insights, design principles, and Glovo’s Design System in real projects.


This internship is a great opportunity to learn from experienced designers in an environment that values curiosity, collaboration, and growth.

THE JOURNEY

  • Collaborate with designers and other disciplines to explore, define, and prototype user experiences.
  • Learn how to interpret user needs, product goals, and data to inform design decisions.
  • Contribute to workshops, brainstorms, and user testing sessions, helping generate and validate ideas.
  • Work with Figma and other design tools to create clear, consistent, and high-quality deliverables.
  • Learn how to use and contribute to our Design System, ensuring consistency across products.
  • Receive regular feedback and mentorship to grow your skills and confidence as a designer.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • ge of Figma or similar design tools, and a willingness to learn more.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and teamwork.
  • A user-centered mindset and motivation to create experiences that feel simple and delightful.
  • A portfolio, school project, or case study that demonstrates your design thinking and creativity.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience (internship, freelance, or academic project) contributing to a digital product.
  • Familiarity with design systems or prototyping tools.
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
