At Ada, we envision a world where everyone has access to the healthcare they need. In one of the biggest challenges facing the world, we pioneered a new form of artificial intelligence, combining medical knowledge with intelligent technology to empower millions of people to better understand their health. We’re proud to support medical doctors and work with leading health systems and global non-profit organizations. ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Interim UX Researcher based in the EU to join our Design Team.

As UX researchers at Ada, we are on a mission to understand Ada’s current and future users - their needs, experiences, and the contexts they live in. We plan research projects, conduct the fieldwork, analyse and deliver insights across Ada.

Our research insights guide Ada teams and partners throughout the product development process. We explore new opportunities for Ada, and test our products throughout their development. We work in close collaboration with product designers, product managers, engineers, business developers, doctors to name a few.

Furthermore, we play a crucial role in ensuring that the medical products we design are efficient and safe to use. Working across the organisation, we establish protocols and implement methodical usability engineering activities, set up best practice, and ensure that we comply with industry standards.

Project start: asap

Duration: 6 months, possibility for extension to 12 months

Location: Remote but located in the EU
