You have a track record in building and managing a high performing UX Research team in a digital product company before, idelally with a mobile focus. You've already drove strategic initiatives in the research function before and can deliver actionable examples to that, which ideally involved multiple researchers in a product company. You are also experienced in scaling and growing research teams and have a successful trackrecord in people management of individual contractors as well as people managers.
You have worked as a user researcher yourself in the past and bring experience in democritising user research , too. You are a great mentor and coach for your team and shine throughout your strong strategic thinking capabilities.
You are a strong communicator, advocate for and socialise actionable insights in a clear and compelling way across the whole organisation and the Product Leadership team.
