What You'll Do:

Lead all the operational work for all our productions for GalateaTV - overseeing all aspects of the production process ensuring projects are delivered on time, under budget and aligned with the teams expectations
Work closely with external production partners and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet GTV standards
Negotiate deals with external production companies
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, and apply them to enhance production processes and workflows
Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide updates on production progress, challenges, and solutions

What You'll Bring

10+ years of experience managing the pre-production planning to post-production
Able to manage a high volume flow of assets and information between internal and external teams
Exceptional Organizational Abilities in scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, with a keen eye for detail to ensure smooth production workflows
A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop proactive and strategic solutions to keep projects on track
A creative and pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and make informed decisions under pressure
A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, integrity, and collaboration, in alignment with our company values
