Job Summary

PeopleFun™ is seeking to grow our talent with a highly experienced and collaborative Head of Production with a background in driving outcomes for mobile games or other live-operated products. You will lead Production in cross-disciplinary communication and leadership to help game teams reach alignment, navigate challenges and risks, and hit goals. You will be responsible for improving velocity and outcomes for our game teams by setting Production standards, and planning development schedules and resource allocations across all game teams. You will be responsible for the training and professional development of producers studio-wide.

Requirements:

Work with studio executive leadership to establish the strategy and culture of production and game development focused on high velocity, high quality, and operational excellence.
Establish best practice standards for processes and tools for production that enable predictability, early risk identification and mitigation.
Work with Product Owners and other game team stakeholders across the studio to achieve great outcomes for the business
Evaluate development roadmaps and formulate perspectives on aggressive and conservative roadmaps and delivery schedules; communicate effectively with game teams and leadership to set expectations and establish realistic delivery schedules
Establish and champion the leadership, communication, and collaboration principles for PeopleFun production
Help drive and foster a positive PeopleFun culture of learning and growth with transparency and accountability
Manage the career development of producers at all levels
