After the acquisition of Sweevana, Briq and Vee Beneficios, we have added a string to our bow following the acquisition of a French nugget, Okarito: with Swile, it is now possible to manage business travel expenses in complete autonomy 🚀 !

Last minute news: we have just united Swile & Bimpli under the same flag. To cut a long story short, Bimpli is a leading player in employee services and benefits, specializing in meal vouchers, gift vouchers, CESU, pot and CSE platform. More than 300 Bimpli employees are joining us to continue this crazy adventure which is to re-enchant everyday life and support the development of employee’s work experience all around the world.

Help Swile Product Portfolio to scale, align it with our global objectives, be the point of contact with our business team and interact with our development team to build and deliver the product development roadmap. Work with our global colleagues in France and elsewhere to align and integrate our solutions.

Our Product Manager has one mission: Create the product management culture, ensure our users are our top priority, and give them an outstanding experience from end to end.

This means working with various team members and stakeholders, both inside and outside the company to:

- Understand our core business and deploy initiatives that boost our user experience

- Be part of the construction of new products and new features

- Build and lead an outstanding product team in Brazil 

- Align with your international colleagues in the global product team

- Be the point of contact for the business team, keep track of trends in our market (business, Brazilian laws that impact our product, and business strategies) to make sure we’re aligned with our local (BR) reality

- Work closely with the executive team and report all the initiatives, releases and strategies to reach our local goal

- Work closely with our tech team, making sure we are up to date in our backlog and prevent bugs that may harm our users

- Have a frequent touch base with business areas (specially CS, AM and Customer Care) and listen carefully our users in solve their pain-points

You’ll be part of the first product team at Swile in Brazil and you will have a land of opportunities regarding product development, user experience, integrations and people management. We’re looking for someone that will guide the product development to its best!
