We are looking for a Product Lead at Stint! Please see more details on the main responsibilities of this role below.
What you will be doing
- You’ll be leading a Product Team of 3 people - one Product Manager, one Product Designer, and yourself
- Owning an area of the customer journey, with a team of 5-6 full-stack engineers working with you on technical solutions, and access to Marketing resource for non-technical solutions
- Taking a high-level idea and bringing it to life through Discovery and Research, working closely with the Product Designer and Marketing team
- Working closely with the leadership team (Ops Director, Engineering Lead, CEO) to define the priorities and subsequent roadmap
- Working closely with the Operations and Commercial Team to understand their pain points and insights, and feed these into the Product roadmap
- Gaining a deep understanding of our users and their needs and become the voice of the customer
- In your management of a team of full-stack engineers, you’ll organise sprints and manage the delivery of features
- Defining and driving the vision for your product area and then tracking and monitoring how we’re performing against your goals
- Using data to make evidence-based decisions quickly using a mix of qualitative, quantitative, and market insights
Skills needed
- 2+ years of Product Manager experience, preferably within a start-up/ scale-up
- Experience leading a Product Team (even if small)
- Experience of working in product teams owning highly technical products, such as: APIs, Client-facing integrations, or Microservices
- Experienced describing requirements and solutions using a mix of stories, diagrams and detailed documentation where appropriate
- You have experience managing the full product lifecycle from inception to private beta to public availability
- Ability to build bridges across the organisation with high EQ and influencing skills
- Experience writing clear and effective user stories
- You have an appreciation for Product Design and know ‘what good looks like’ and have experience working closely with Product Design teams
