Role Overview
As a Head of Product, you will play a key role in delivering the product roadmap and professionalizing the product management function. You'll establish OKRs, implement robust product processes, and develop metrics to maintain a high pace of development. Leading the product managers, you will also focus on hiring, retaining, and upskilling the team. Satispay’s agile technology and product teams have a strong bias for action, providing an excellent environment for impactful work. Your main goals will be to attract new customers to the mobile app, activate them, and increase their lifetime value. With users already engaging 10X more than competitors, you'll work to expand this lead.

Your mission:

• Deliver the product vision and strategy. Align with Satispay’s objectives for merchant growth, consumer growth, and overall revenue increase.

• Foster a bottom-up approach. Encourage the creation of disruptive new products and help the team switch to this innovative approach.

• Organize priorities with the OKR model. Transition the company to prioritize work based on Objectives and Key Results (OKR) to enhance focus and efficiency.

• Define and execute the product roadmap. Lead the development of a comprehensive roadmap and initially drive the consumer app’s progress to boost downloads, usage, and customer lifetime value.

• Develop and mentor the product team. Build a skilled and proficient team through development and training, guiding them to create a world-class product for Satispay’s customers.

• Collaborate across departments. Work with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to align the product vision with measurable, actionable objectives based on data and customer insights.

• Engage with leadership. Collaborate with the leadership team, including the Heads of Business Development, CMO, CFO, and Head of Customer Operations, to ensure a comprehensive product strategy and execution.

• Partner with the CTO/founder. Drive product management and development, establishing a long-term strategy to expand Satispay’s market presence.

• Foster a balanced product management culture. Combine product intuition, design inspiration, market insights, and data validation, partnering across the organization to achieve this.

Your ideal profile:

• Product vision and strategy. You have experience in aligning product vision and strategy with company priorities, specializing in B2C or B2B apps.

• Growth acceleration and user experience. You have expertise in driving user acquisition, activation, and overall product growth with a strong focus on crafting exceptional user experiences.

• Agile methodologies and problem-solving. You have a profound grasp of modern agile software development methods and strong analytical skills for decisive, data-driven decision-making.

• Product management and market analysis. You have comprehensive management of product cycles from ideation through iteration and commercial acumen in strategizing across diverse product portfolios.

• Leadership and strategic articulation. You have experience in leading recruitment, coaching, and development of top talent in product, design, and user experience, as well as effectively communicating and driving consensus on strategy and vision.

Our selection process is tailored to each role and includes at least a call with our Talent Acquisition Team, a technical evaluation, and a final in-person meeting. Your recruiter will share more insights during your first meeting with us!

Initial gross annual salaries vary based on experience: up to €30,000.00/year for junior roles and up to €70,000.00/year for senior positions, with potential adjustments after 6 months based on performance.
