We are looking for a Head of Product to join Republic Crypto in reimagining the future of financial products and services. You will lead an elite team of product managers, UI/UX designers, and engineers to launch Web3 solutions for individual and institutional investors.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and lead strategic initiatives from inception to delivery across the Republic Crypto portfolio
- Partner effectively across functions, departments, and companies to define requirements, develop go-to-market plans, and analyze business outcomes
- Transform technical complexity into market-facing propositions that drive investor demand and foster internal understanding.
- Deliver measurable business impact by aligning team efforts to the highest value opportunities and empowering the team to focus on them
- Develop documented processes and best practices
- Make informed tradeoffs and communicate your decisions proactively
What You Will Need:
- 10+ years experience in Product (experience with greenfield, early lifecycle product development and/or early-stage startups preferred)
- Enthusiasm for cryptography, blockchain technology and/or information security (endless curiosity preferred)
- Experience developing products in regulated verticals, navigating regulatory compliance obligations
- Experience working effectively and collaboratively with a high degree of autonomy
