We are looking for a Head of Product for the Platform team in the heart of buzzing Berlin! 

In this role, you will be the Head of Product for the Platform Cluster within our Platform & Enablement Unit. You will lead a team of Product Managers, guiding the development and strategy for our platform products.

You will collaborate closely with our engineering, research, and other units to ensure the successful execution of product development from conception to launch. You will also be responsible for understanding our stakeholder’s needs and driving the growth of platform products that meet these needs.

This role requires a solid technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating platform-focused products. You will

• Lead a team of Product Managers, guiding the development and strategy of our platform products. Some teams you’ll be involved with are the Payments Platform, CRM Platform, CS Platform, and Content Platform!
• Drive the execution of product development from conception to launch, collaborating closely with engineering, research, and other units.
• Set the roadmap and direction aligned with our company strategy and OKRs, including breaking complex scopes into milestones, leading delivery, and facilitating progress updates.
• Develop a deep understanding of our user's needs and use this knowledge to direct the team's product development efforts.
• Optimize the product lifecycle by monitoring and analyzing its performance using data-driven decision-making.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes open communication, accountability, and excellence.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to product management team members, supporting learning and innovation.

You have

• Proven track record leading high-performing teams and delivering successful platform products in CRM, content, payment, or similar platforms teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and drive results.
• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing product teams.
• Strong understanding of the technology and market trends in the platform space.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate across teams and levels of the organization.
• A customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors, driving product decisions that enhance the customer experience.
