Company Background:
Ownwell helps homeowners save money on property taxes.
We are dedicated to making the costs of property ownership more equitable. Regardless of expertise or financial status, everyone should have access to the information, tools, and resources to manage their property taxes like a professional.
Ownwell's software identifies property owners that are overpaying on their property taxes and uses automation to earn them reductions on their tax bills.
Inaccurate property valuations disproportionately affect people of color and lower-income property owners and contribute to social and economic inequalities. Over $40 billion is overpaid in property taxes each year and we can help. We’ve raised over $8M from the best VCs in the business, are growing like crazy, and need great people to help us make the costs of real estate ownership more clear and equitable.
