O(1) Labs is a blockchain technology company that has successfully incubated the Mina Protocol. Using Mina, we are now building a private and secure way to access Web3 as the world’s premier zero-knowledge application platform. 

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Product to lead O(1) Labs’ product team and be a major stakeholder in executing our go-to-market strategy. As the Head of Product, you will be a key member of the executive team, will report to the company’s CEO, and will mentor a team of PM leaders, while iterating on the company’s GTM strategy and product market fit. The ideal candidate has a vision for the direction of Web3, has product leadership experience, and is great at people management.

Responsibilities

• This role will have two primary responsibilities
1. Coach and mentor a team of product managers to effectively prioritize, work cross functionally and deliver results.
2. Collaborate with the CEO to build a long term product strategy that delivers on the vision of a private and secure Web3.
• Define, communicate, and execute the product roadmap and priorities internally and externally with the broader Mina ecosystem.
• Craft a long term strategy for the product organization, and lead recruiting and growing the team with excellent product managers.
• Be a partner to the engineering organization by providing them with the leverage and focus they need to make maximum impact. 

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in leading a product organization.
• At least 5 years of product management experience.
• Hands-on experience in or exposure to the Web3 industry; enough to come in with a vision for how O(1) Labs and its technology can bring fundamental value.
• Experience working in an early-stage environment (either company or product) to find product-market fit.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Working schedule with at least 6 hours overlap with US time zones.

Ideal Candidate

• Has a technical background or deep understanding of blockchain technology.
• Has experience working directly with developers.
• Has experience at organizations that build developer tooling, or generally build for developers.
