Head of Product

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head of Product to lead our product development team and drive the company's overall product strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of product management, including market research, product development, product marketing, and go-to-market strategy. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to develop and launch successful products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the design team, ensuring the team is delivering high-quality work and meeting project deadlines
• Collaborate with other departments to understand business goals and develop design strategies that align with those goals
• Develop and implement design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all design work
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into design strategies and practices
• Mentor and develop team members, providing feedback and support to help them grow and develop their skills
• Review and approve design work, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and is aligned with project goals
• Work with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure project deliverables meet specifications and quality standards

Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of developing and launching successful products.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring a team of product managers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive product decisions.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
• Knowledge of the technology industry and current market trends.
