We are Multiverse, a tech startup on a mission. Through apprenticeships, we’re building an outstanding alternative to university and corporate training to develop a diverse group of future leaders. We have grown 4x in revenue through that work over the past year, and more importantly, now train over 8,000 apprentices. To drive that growth, we’ve raised a Series D of $220m to further expand our programmes across the US and the UK!Today, we work with over 600 clients, including Facebook, Morgan Stanley, KPMG, Citi and Microsoft… and we’re just getting started.

Requirements

tl;dr: Multiverse is looking for an exceptional Head of Product Marketing to support both sides of our marketplace (attracting apprentices and matching them to incredible opportunities with companies).


We’re looking for an experienced product marketer to lead our small, but mighty, UK product marketing team. . This is a new role with big aspirations, and we’re looking for someone who is obsessed with understanding customer needs and translating these into a regional go-to-market strategy. You get an incredible amount of energy from partnering closely with both sales and product teams; you enjoy strategy as much as execution; and, you’re excited to take ownership of high-profile initiatives, like building out our go-to-market launch playbook

About the role:

  • Lead a team of product marketers who own go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning for our UK portfolio
  • Partner with product leadership to help shape our overarching product strategy with a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends
  • Partner with B2B/B2C leadership to drive effective marketing campaigns and build content strategies that drive awareness and adoption of our products
  • Establish frameworks for key product marketing initiatives (i.e. product launches, pricing, buyer personas, product onboarding)
  • Establish success metrics - you’re analytical and comfortable reporting out on program performance to key stakeholders

About you:

  • You have experience managing direct reports
  • You are passionate about social and economic mobility and the goal of ensuring that all candidates have equitable access to apprenticeship opportunities
  • You’ve led initiatives in marketing, strategy, or pricing roles at hyper-growth startups and have a track record of impact and excellence
  • You are a proactive, effective communicator and are excited about working in a diverse, distributed team
  • You have a positive-sum mentality - you’re equally excited about both rolling up your sleeves to get something done and reflecting on the bigger picture
  • You are comfortable with and motivated by high-expectations stakeholders; you are able to earn trust and retain it through difficult situations
  • You have high internal expectations for what is possible and the ability to bring others along on that journey
