Join us at Cleric

We’re building a future where engineers are focused on designing and building products, freeing them from operational toil. We’re starting with an AI-powered SRE agent that remediates issues in production environments autonomously. It uses an LLM-based reasoning engine to react to, interpret, and implement solutions to production issues, even those it's encountering for the first time.

Now is a divine time to join. We're a small group of veterans in AI, software, and infrastructure, backed by a leading AI venture capital firm and Silicon Valley angels. Our product is in production at high-scale technology companies in fintech, ride-hailing, and autonomous vehicles.

About the role

As the Head of Product Marketing, you’ll lead the marketing strategy for Cleric’s AI SRE solution. You’ll be responsible for positioning the product in the market, driving go-to-market efforts, and building the AI SRE category. This role involves creating marketing content for technical audiences, conducting market research, and executing campaigns to increase product adoption.

About you

You’re an experienced product marketer with a strong technical background. You excel at translating complex concepts in SRE, DevOps, and AI into clear, compelling messages that resonate with engineering teams. You’re comfortable driving go-to-market strategies, working closely with early customers, and building a product category in a fast-paced startup environment.

You have:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software

  • Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and communicate complex concepts related to SRE, DevOps, and AI

  • A portfolio of high-quality marketing content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies) tailored for technical audiences

  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies for new products or entering new markets

  • Proven track record of creating impactful positioning and messaging for technical products

  • Work closely with early customers to gather insights and refine our messaging
