Role

We're looking for a passionate Product Manager to lead our Product efforts for all of Operations. This role is a great opportunity to work on diverse projects and drive significant impact.

Responsibilities

Define and implement key systems and platform enhancements for Upgrade across operational areas including verifications, servicing and customer support
Define and enhance agent workflows across Upgrade’s proprietary back-end tools and third party system integrations
Manage and prioritize roadmap for Operations system enhancements
Work closely with the operations team to monitor, troubleshoot and solve issues across operational areas
Analyze the impact of product initiatives and define key metrics for success

Requirements

10+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Expertise in Financial Services
Fluency with product development tools, SQL and back-office systems
Experience with third party APIs & solutions integration
Ability to lead and resolve questions and conflicts across organizational stakeholders
