Role
We're looking for a passionate Product Manager to lead our Product efforts for all of Operations. This role is a great opportunity to work on diverse projects and drive significant impact.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement key systems and platform enhancements for Upgrade across operational areas including verifications, servicing and customer support
- Define and enhance agent workflows across Upgrade’s proprietary back-end tools and third party system integrations
- Manage and prioritize roadmap for Operations system enhancements
- Work closely with the operations team to monitor, troubleshoot and solve issues across operational areas
- Analyze the impact of product initiatives and define key metrics for success
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Expertise in Financial Services
- Fluency with product development tools, SQL and back-office systems
- Experience with third party APIs & solutions integration
- Ability to lead and resolve questions and conflicts across organizational stakeholders
