Summary

As the Head of Product management for our Money Group, you will be driving the vision and strategy of our entire suite of payments and financial products. You will build and lead a team of amazing Product Managers in building a world class multi-party payment system that powers a frictionless one-click checkout experience across the globe, and also deliver compelling financial products for our buyers and sellers that drive Fast growth.

Role

Own, optimize and evolve a world-class reliable and frictionless payments platform that accepts money from buyers and pays out to sellers globally
Lead product vision, strategy, roadmap planning & execution
Define key success metrics to measure product performance
Contribute to a culture of building out loud and adapting product vision based on customer insights
Drive product prioritization and decision making in a constantly evolving startup environment
Maintain alignment and work cross functionally with teams such as payment operations & strategy, sales, legal, finance, customer success

Requirements

7+ years of product management experience delivering successful payments products
Proven track record managing a high-performing product management team
Deep payments expertise across global acceptance, disbursements and large scale platform that moves money across the globe
Ability to effectively communicate and drive buy-in to your vision and strategy
Strong sense of product ownership and passion for finding innovative solutions
Demonstrates a growth mindset and adaptability
Outstanding data analysis skills
