Summary

As the Head of Product Management for our Platform Group, you will lead a team of amazing Product Managers in building a world class core platform that powers our global one-click checkout with order management, payments and a product catalog. You’ll be driving the vision and strategy for our core platform, and ensuring that we build and maintain a reliable, scalable and extensible platform for all Fast users.

Role

Deeply understand and internalize our customers, vision, strategy, and products to partner with engineering on envisioning and building a reliable, scalable and extensible core platform
Lead product vision, strategy, roadmap planning and execution
Define key success metrics to measure product performance
Contribute to a culture of building out loud and adapting product vision based on customer insights
Drive product prioritization and decision making in a constantly evolving startup environment
Maintain alignment and work cross functionally with Fast Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success

Requirements

7+ years of product management experience delivering successful software products
Proven track record managing a high-performing product management team
Ability to effectively communicate and drive buy-in to your vision and strategy
Experience with platform products
Strong sense of product ownership and passion for finding innovative solutions
Demonstrates a growth mindset and adaptability
Outstanding data analysis skills
