To support the Product organisation in its heavy scale we are now looking to seniorize our team by bringing in talented professionals with both product experience and confirmed management skills.
You will mainly be expected to contribute on the following dimensions:
Product Vision & Strategy
Contribute to defining an inspiring and impactful product vision for the cashflow management product line and articulate it with a strong product strategy. Owning this vision and strategy across the product line and its tribes
Continuously evangelize on this vision within your product line to ensure your team maximises their efforts to embody it
Lead a team of product managers who develop sustainable strategies in order to build on the success, in close co-operation with the other product lines
Product Execution
Collaborate with engineering, design and other product lines on the creation of the most effective product execution framework for the company to deliver value to our customers and positively impact our business
Help define the right goals for each tribe and squad and pick the relevant metrics to drive progress towards our roadmap milestones
Together with the CPO and other Heads of Product lines, build the foundations necessary to foster cross-team collaboration and drive consistent and timely value creation
Scale your team
Scale our Cashflow management product team from 16 to 32 people within the next 18 months.
Collaborate closely with the talent acquisition and people teams to define the right personas & build one of the strongest employer brand in Europe for product talents
Grow our talents
With the help of the CPO, structure individual coaching plans and draw an actionable path to expand the individual impact of each of your product managers
Define appropriate goals for your product management leads and help them find the best way to over-deliver on them
Work with the HR team and dedicated Ops on the culture and work environment in order to ensure a high retention rate and strengthen team spirit
Team, tech & tools
Product team size: 50+ profiles (27 PM, 17 PrD, 13 Pr Ops, 3 Pr Marketing)
Data stack: Segment, Looker, Heap, Hotjar
Product tools: Notion, Figma, Productboard, Dovetail
What we're looking for:
- 6+ years XP in Product Management, including 2 in a fast-growing SaaS company,
- Solid management experience of 10+ product people
- Strong rigour and organization, ability to manage tightly, over time, a large quantity of information
- Product-minded, you love to delight your users and customers while keeping business impact in mind
- Great people skills paired with a high level of assertiveness
- Strong motivational skills so that you can also manage virtual teams
- Hands-on mindset, you are a “Doer”
- You are a leader and an entrepreneur that people willingly follow
- Fluent in English, both written and oral (a strong French accent is ok)
The position is opened in Paris or Lyon, where the product teams are located.
You will also travel occasionally to our other offices in Berlin, Madrid, Amsterdam and Milan to engage with teams.
