Build a global Insurtech business within Revolut that provides retail and business users insurance solutions.

• Making Insurance 10x better: We want to leverage Revolut’s tech stack and strong product capabilities to create super seamless solutions for our clients, transforming the way they buy, manage and claim for all their insurance policies.

• Insuring all aspects in one platform: We are looking to enable our customers both retail and business, to be able to easily reduce their risk exposure in all aspects in life and be covered in case the inevitable happens.

• Grant insurance licenses across key target geographies

• Co-execute on a 5 year roadmap for Insurance department

• Help scale a strong team of A player Product Owners and Operations Managers

• Launch new Insurance product lines

• Partnerships and Licensing (Leverage and develop network in the insurance industry to form the right partnerships with insurers to enable us to deliver on our product vision, Work with 2nd Line and Public Affairs team to develop relationship with regulators, Work with Operations team to deliver requirements and documents for application of licenses)

• Scale team (Work with recruiters to develop job descriptions, scorecards and conduct interviews, Reach out to network for referrals and source candidates for key roles and hires Attract and retain A team talent)

• Develop product strategy + launch and manage product(Manage Revolut's portfolio of insurance products, Work with Head of Operations to deliver Market Research, Surveys and PnL Analysis, Work with Head of Operations and Product Owners to develop product roadmap and execute on it)

• 10+ Years experience with Product working for a large global insurer or high growth insurtech company. Ideally, candidate will have experience within one of the roles below:

• Executive skills – proven track record of hiring and managing senior management functions, setting priorities and KPIs

• Managing P&L - experienced in managing the P&L of their own department and team (with an annual impact greater than £25M)

• Good understanding of the insurance market across UK, EU and/or US

• MBA from a top-tier business school is a plus, especially if background is more technical (actuary/underwriter)
