We are looking for an experienced product leader to oversee the planning and execution of product strategies - owning the product strategy and direction. This role is perfect for a collaborative leader who is comfortable working across business functions and time zones, who can provide direction, inspiration, and foster a creative product culture. We are looking for someone who has a heart for the customer, an end-to-end ownership mindset, and experience driving results. The Head of Product will report to Mohammed Attar, Chief EPD (engineering, design, and product ) Officer at Front, and oversee an organization of up to 15 Product Managers.

What will you be doing?

Lead the product organization responsible for delivering on both strategy and execution, identifying customer needs, and working with cross functional teams to design and build remarkable experiences
Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for the business
Collaborate with senior leaders across Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to develop and execute Front’s strategy
Take a customer-backed and evidence based approach to defining, executing, and delivering a product roadmap and product strategy
Lead all product functions and have a voice in how we grow and build the organization
Anticipate the company’s needs as we scale and grow, ensuring existing team members and the broader company are inspired by Front’s product vision

What skills & experience do you need?

Successful track record of leading complex product strategies across a breadth of disciplines
Experience coaching and developing Managers of Managers, empowering them and setting them up for continued success and broad impact
Highly empathetic – you understand what users need
Collaborative, no-ego approach to leadership – you work well with all kinds of personalities and teams across multiple geographies
In depth experience in Product at a technology company building SaaS products
Comfortable establishing direction from ambiguity and change management – understands which details matter, and can guide teams to create high-quality experiences
History of building a customer experience that makes people talk about their experiences
