Requirements

What you’ll do at Fletch

• Partner with the rest of the leadership team to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Fletch
• Collaborate extensively with the Founder CEO and Head of design on building an elegant and simple product
• Engage extensively with users, internal teams, and external partners in order to gain firsthand insight into the business needs & opportunities to deliver innovative, industry-transforming products
• Facilitate and drive a product-led motion that drives unity throughout the organization
• Collaborate with engineering leadership on project planning, spec creation, and meeting deadlines

• Partner on growth metrics with other leaders (activation, retention, revenue, and referral)
• Positioning, pricing and packaging in collaboration with Head of Sales
• User research and experience in collaboration with the Head of Design
• Product marketing in conjunction with the Marketing team
• Being a doer while building a world class product organization as the company grows
• Define and track metrics for success and set clear objectives within the product organization, while ensuring the team is properly set up to deliver on goals.

Required skills

• At least eight years of product experience and three years of management experience

• Proven track record of building exceptional products supported by specific case studies
• Inspirational, empathetic, and practical leadership. You must be all three.
• Practitioner of continuous product discovery
• Driver of rapid experimentation and always curious
• Deadline focused and strong at motivating others to push themselves
• Detail-oriented and skilled at setting measurable goals and outcomes
• Well trained in writing functional specs and working in cross-functional teams
• Manager who has built or been part of building a product management teams
• Fantastic communicator - great at partnering with engineering and design counterparts
• Strong understanding and appreciation for user experience and product design
• Great at partnering with other department heads to break down silos
• Outstanding program/project management skills to manage the delivery of features, deadlines, and help unblock others (especially when collaborating with engineering)
• Well organized, great at documentation, and competent Jira user
• Love customer interactions and skilled at conducting research
• Experienced with managing remote teams and leading in a remote environment\

• Comes from a technical background
• Experience building PLG and self-serve products
• Recent startup experience in a similar role with some larger company exposure
• Consumer and enterprise experience
• Cybersecurity and analytics experience
• Product marketing and copywriting experience
