Onfleet is seeking a Head of Product who will set the vision and strategy for our products, our product management and product design efforts, collaborating cross-functionally with our engineering, QA, sales, support, marketing and customer success teams, to ensure we make rapid progress on our roadmap and new growth initiatives while exceeding customer expectations every step of the way. Onfleet is known across the industry as the best product in our category and we need your help to keep it that way.
We empower our product teams to solve hard problems – customer problems and business problems – in ways that our customers love. Our product teams are cross-functional, generally comprised of a product manager, a product designer, and several engineers.
We staff our product teams with the skills necessary to come up with effective solutions that are valuable (our customers choose to buy or use), usable (the user can figure out how to use) and feasible (our engineers have the skills and technology to implement).
As we continue to grow our talented team, we remain committed to radical transparency, integrity, and individual growth. We believe that your unique background and experience adds tremendous value to the organization and will empower you to take absolute ownership of business challenges and the execution of solutions.
