Onfleet is seeking a Head of Product who will set the vision and strategy for our products, our product management and product design efforts, collaborating cross-functionally with our engineering, QA, sales, support, marketing and customer success teams, to ensure we make rapid progress on our roadmap and new growth initiatives while exceeding customer expectations every step of the way. We empower our product teams to solve hard problems – customer problems and business problems – in ways that our customers love. Our product teams are cross-functional, generally comprised of a product manager, a product designer, and several engineers.

We staff our product teams with the skills necessary to come up with effective solutions that are valuable (our customers choose to buy or use), usable (the user can figure out how to use) and feasible (our engineers have the skills and technology to implement).

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute a bold vision for our products aligned with achieving our company-wide objectives on our mission to power the future of commerce by enabling businesses of all sizes to move goods efficiently and delightfully
  • Assess new growth opportunities to expand within our customer base and to adjacent markets over the coming years through hypothesis-driven experimentation
  • Work alongside executive leadership to craft a multi-year roadmap of outcomes to achieve the product vision
  • Foster a product team culture that is collaborative, innovative, customer-centric, and data-driven. Proactively think through organizational design, people development, and tooling
  • Grow the careers of the team by coaching, leveling up their skills, and providing opportunities for exposure and experience
  • Guide product squads in setting objectives, key results and KPIs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to connect the dots in our data and across various input sources to derive insights that will help us improve our product

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 8+ years as a product leader at a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience leading product at a growth stage company, generating millions of dollars in monthly recurring revenue
  • Strong track record of developing product leaders and fostering strong product teams
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management and internal evangelism through excellent verbal and written communication
  • You put customers and users front and center, balancing qualitative and quantitative feedback from internal and external sources
  • An affinity for user experience and design
  • Experience working with and managing teams who generate consumer insights via focus groups, usability tests, surveys, behavioral data, and A/B testing
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, engineering capabilities, and what makes successful Product/Engineering partnerships
  • You are highly organized and results-driven
  • High technical acumen, an early adopter who will learn our products inside and out

Nice To Have:

  • Master’s Degree
  • 3+ years of experience as VP of Product or above
  • Logistics industry experience
  • Experience managing remote teams

Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $170,000 - $250,000 annually + 20% bonus. We consider various factors in determining actual pay, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience, education or training, and location.
