What you'll do:

You will have a strategic view on product and cost engineering of sleep-related products like mattresses, beds or pillows
You will analyze and understand how to improve performance of products (e.g. durability, ergonomics) and reduce the production costs (e.g. materials, construction)
You will lead, grow and develop a team of product and cost engineers
You will generate insights by developing a close and deep understanding of the industry, production lines, materials and suppliers
You will think outside of the box, finding ideas to elevate the product portfolio of Emma and improve people’s sleep
You will closely work with different teams to engineer the best and most commercial product portfolio

Who we are looking for:

You have a Masters degree in Engineering or similar
You have strong leadership skills who excel at developing and coaching engineers
You have been working in the field of engineering, mass production or R&D in a cross-functional environment
You have strong collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders across the company to deliver an outstanding product portfolio
You are fluent in English, other languages will be a plus
