Head of Product Design (H/F)

Coinhouse is growing fast !

We are looking for a Head of Product Design to scale our team design team and meet the wants & needs of our consumers into product design !

We will join the Product team composed by a CPMO , an Head of Product , product managers & product designers !

Management part

• Managing the design team and freelancers and helping develop our people
• Influencing design-led thinking across the business
• Develop and manage productivity and to continuously improve the design team’s production capabilities
• Be in charge of harmonizing UX and UI across all assets
• Recruiting best diverses profils for an awesome team Design with Marie , our Head of Talent
• Partner with product managers and product marketers to understand needs into fully optimized user experience

Design interfaces

• Build the simplest User Experience for the future of Banking
• Build scalable product interfaces for Mobile and Web app
• Participate in the evolution of our design system and create new components
• Keep our UI consistent and match our branding strategy

Build with your team the foundation of a awesome design team

• Participate in defining new User Personas ( quantitative and qualitative user research)
• Create user testing guidelines
• Build the best versionof our design system to facilitate transversal topics
• Share new workflows and ideas ( A/B testing coming, guerilla testing )
• UX Research both quanti and qualitative to understand how our customers use our product and ways to improve it

Hardskills needed

• Same experience in an innovating company with track records ( at least 3-5 years on a management position )
• The ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and others, influencing external and internal stakeholders
• Attention to detail
• To think outside the box
• Be capable of prioritizing and working on multiple projects
• Knowledge of user experience or willingness to develop these skills
• Last but least : humility and adaptability for better human interactions

• Coffee meeting with Mario (20 min)
• Meeting with our CPMO ( 1 h )
• A case study (at home)
• Case study live with a panel for the restitution (1 h)
• Small talk with Vanessa , our Chief People Officer (30 min)
• Meeting with Nicolas , our CEO ( 30 min)
