As the Head of Product Content & Education, you will lead the effort to help our users gain financial awareness through captivating and entertaining content. Our mission is to democratize wealth and we believe that financial literacy is a core part of achieving this. You will be responsible for building the team from the ground up, mentoring its members, coming up with product vision and execution.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Create a strong content & education product vision and strategy, making it appealing to any & all Trade Republic users 

• Lead a team of product managers, product designers, content creators, and engineers 

• Scale up the product and media offering across multiple markets and platforms, tailoring it to each market’s specific needs

• Use a data driven approach to develop and continually improve contextualised content-driven features

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in scaling up the media production 

• Work closely with our designers and customer service/support to create the best learning experiences for our users of all knowledge levels

• Continuously ensure our content is consistent with the Trade Republic brand

• Work with a strong customer empathy mindset

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 7+ years of UX product experience, including experience managing and enabling product managers and designers 

• Proficiency with (at least) one of the major design softwares (Figma, Sketch)

• Experience working for a creative media company

• Ability to operate in a highly cross-functional environment to bring products from idea to launch

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English), with the ability to distill complex product requirements and align stakeholders across the organization

• Passion for our mission of democratizing wealth

• Previous experience as a Founder is a plus
