The Consumer team vision is to deliver an exceptional and differentiated home-buying experience from signup through buyback. Consumer spans three pillars: (1) the Divvy consumer experience, from signup through buyback of the home; (2) the product foundation to support tenant success (eg, payments, maintenance requests, communication with Divvy); and (3) data-science powered and proprietary underwriting algorithm that enables us to support more Americans on their path to homeownership.
The Operations team vision is to invest in technology that enables Divvy to better support our stakeholders (customers, agents, Divvy teammates, investors) throughout the homebuying lifecycle. Operations spans three pillars: (1) Internal Tools, used by our Divvy teammates to scale homes acquisitions, the customer tenant experience, and property management; (2) Offers, proprietary technology that allows us to extend a competitive offer in minutes while managing for portfolio health; (3) Platform, focused on the technical foundation required to scale our business.
As the Head of Product for our Consumer and Operations business verticals, you will be a hands-on and entrepreneurial Product leader that is responsible for driving the product strategy, product development, and mentoring and guiding direct reports as they collaborate with engineers, design, data science and business / operations teammates.
What You'll Do
- Understand the needs of your customers, prioritize, continuously building and iterating
- Ensure that product definition for the areas you work on, and the areas that your teams works on is clear and of high quality
- Build and manage a team of Product Managers, advising and guiding them as they autonomously make product decisions.
- Establish a shared vision across Divvy Homes by building alignment on priorities that lead to product execution against company KPIs
- Ability to create partnerships both inside and outside of the Product organization, including with key strategic financial partners outside of Divvy Homes
- Radical thinking paired with strong execution. Can envision a world different than the status quo with the ability to articulate a clear path to get there
- Exceptional team-player that is willing to wear all hats.
Qualifications
- You’ve lead and mentored product managers, engineers, and designers in how to work together to build great products
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management and leadership roles
Nice to have (or excited to learn)
- Experience with leading user research sessions
- Experience with SQL or a willingness/aptitude to learn & collaborating with product teams
- Experience in a high growth technology company
