Head of Product - Bank Products

About the opportunity

This is an incredible opportunity to grow our Product team in a leadership role, specifically driving our Bank Products. You will be responsible for driving innovation and taking ownership of one of our fastest developing and most cutting edge product areas. 

In this role, you will:

• Focus on achieving the long- term objective by expanding both the number of products and the number of markets in which they are present.
• Own the responsibility will be to define the growth strategy for Bank Products, i.e. what the optimal path is (which products, in what markets, and in what order).
• Continue to hire an excellent team around you, given the level of ambition, it is very likely that the segment team will need to be expanded. 
• Work incredibly closely with senior stakeholders in Engineering and Bank
• Be the co-owner of the P&L with Risk
• Be comfortable working closely with the ELT and senior stakeholders

What you need to be successful:

• You have several years of experience hiring, managing and growing Product Managers at all stages of their careers
• You have previous experience with credit, or bank products
• You excel in working with data, financials and market insights to drive your strategic and operational decisions
• You have worked extensively with agile methodologies, leading multiple streams of complex work, and are adept at communicating and instilling the vision across Product, Design, Tech and Operations to achieve a clear focus
• Your professional approach is one of strong communication and collaboration mixed with a high drive for action and impact
