Head Of Product at WrldBuilder, An Everyrealm Portfolio Company

WrldBuilder, The Metaverse Construction Company, is looking for a Head of Product who will work with clients throughout the development process and manage the talent bench building the digital world. This person will be responsible for creating and owning the development management processes and frameworks which will be used to scale the WrldBuilder development process. An ideal candidate is a senior or lead product manager at a game development studio shipping Triple A games. A candidate that is Bay Area based is highly preferred for this position

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing video games across multiple platforms; Ideally a senior or head of product at a development studio
• Has led and managed other product managers
• Can manage the entire stack of game development from concepts to post release
• Experienced with creating and managing development budgets
• Experienced witn manageing an international team
• Innovative and entrepreneurial
• Great communication skills
• Scrum master
• Experience maintaining relationships with external parties such as strategic partners or major game development studios
• Ability to evaluate and assess large, complex technology stacks that span both Unity and external companies
• Excellent communication skills including the ability the simplify and articulate complex technical concepts to different audiences
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Experience shipping games or interactive realtime 3D experiences to market
