As Regional Head of Category Management – APAC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Emma’s product portfolio across a region generating approximately €100M in revenues.
What You'll Do
- You will lead, grow, and develop a high-performing team of ~5 colleagues, including category managers, product developers, and procurement managers.
- You will take full ownership of the regional category strategy, ensuring successful product launches and long-term market growth.
- You will work closely with the Director of Global Category Management to define and implement product strategies tailored to regional needs.
- You will be a strategic driver of innovation, identifying opportunities to improve sleep through a differentiated product offering.
- You will act as the bridge between product and commercial teams, leveraging insights and market knowledge to guide decisions.
- You will champion industry analysis and customer understanding to inform Emma’s roadmap and priorities in the region.
Who We're Looking For
- You have 8 years of experience in Category Management, preferably in consumer goods or a fast-moving environment.
- You have proven experience leading cross-functional, high-performing teams and managing complex projects at scale.
- You are fluent in English and thrive in an international setting.
- You bring a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy thinking outside the box to solve complex challenges.
