Head of Design (Full remote)

We're looking for a Head of Design to lead our talented design team at Slite.

Are you creative, open-minded, passionate, and able to question the status quo? Do you often step out of the box and find new ways to connect the dots? Do you have experience not only by implementing great solutions yourself but also helping others grow? This might be an opportunity for you.

What's my mission?

We're looking for a designer who is both comfortable managing a small team of designers, and getting their hands dirty working on both product and communication design.

You will lead and grow our design organization, whilst actively shaping the core capabilities of our web and mobile applications.

Few words on our team today

Our design team consists of 3 designers right now and all of them are working with 1-2 cross-functional squads.

Who will I be working with?

You will work with our amazing designers Cyn, Clara and Ana, collaborate with cross-functional development teams, CTO Pierre and CEO Chris.

Requirements

• Design Leadership. You should be able to operate at all levels of the business. Working alongside the exec team and the PM team, and helping bridge the gap between customer problems and design+engineering execution.
• Provide mentorship and growth to the design team, and holistically across the company to bring design to life.
• Design execution. You need to still be able to get stuck in with product design, communication design and potentially even copy.
• Product experience. You have worked in B2B SaaS product space as a senior level product designer.
