Who are we looking for

We are looking for risk-takers with diverse experience able to provide fearless feedback.

You will have the following responsibilities

• Working on the overall product strategy and decision making about company’s product direction

• Leading the team designing beautiful, system-based solutions for challenging customer problems, and building remarkable software solutions

• Sourcing, recruiting, managing, and retaining talented designers with high potential

• Owning our brand and marketing design functions

• Proactively tracking and improving key metrics — and providing weekly reports

• Working closely with engineering and other teams to ensure high-quality of implementation

• Making sure the operational components to support onboarding are in place, and designing ops processes in collaboration with Business Operations team

Minimum requirements

• Experience managing teams of 6+ at a product company

• Deep understanding of startups

• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and design teams

• Strong personal design portfolio, and several years of experience designing interactive apps
