Reporting to the Director of Brand, you will be responsible for developing and scaling Hotjar’s graphic and motion design efforts throughout the full marketing funnel, delivering true delight at every turn to our prospects and existing customers. Additionally, you will lead and nurture the careers of our four incredibly talented graphic and motion designers and further grow the team.
You are a design leader who blends creativity and a hunger for data, with experience in growing an expert team, excellent storytelling skills and a deep understanding of developing creative campaigns. You are deeply passionate about growing people to their full potential and excel at working cross-functionally to build and execute design strategy. You are results-driven, a big-ideas person, and are able to construct and evolve a measurement framework to connect content to business results.
The Head of Design will be a key part of our Marketing Leadership team. You will work closely with your fellow cross-functional leaders and Exec team to develop, inspire and drive our marketing strategy, brand narratives, business outcomes, and joint OKRs.
Lead the creation of new creative campaigns that will dramatically increase our customer acquisition capabilities, whilst delivering value to our target customers.
Lead, guide, grow, and nurture the creative chapter, our incredibly talented graphic and motion designers distributed in multiple squads in our funnel-based department structure.
