Key Responsibilities

• Have a deep understanding of product metrics and translate them to design goals. Lead the overall design vision that enhances our product experience, for enterprises across the world.

• Define design processes and bring in best design practices. Preparing Standard operating procedures, templates and workflow documents for each stage of the operation.

• Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.

• Be a strong partner to your Product, Engineering, Research, Data and Business peers.

• Effectively recruit, mentor and inspire a team of designers. Help the team in raising the bar, resolving blockers, prioritising and breaking down complex projects into simpler tasks.

  
  

Requirement

• Has 5+ years of professional design leadership experience - having managed a team of designers.

• Has 8+ years of UX design expertise Experienced and well versed in conducting different methods of research and usability testing.

• Good knowledge and understanding of design principles, interaction design standards, and UI patterns for web and mobile In-depth understanding of the elements of a design system and capacity to create one.

• Great aptitude for solving complex business problems.

• Develop and manage the productivity of the design team and continuously improve their capabilities.

• Influencing design-led thinking across the business.

• Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research.

• Deliver designs from low-fidelity all the way to high fidelity.

• Strategize, develop, and extend the visual design systems and pattern libraries by coming up with new and innovative solutions.
