Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Our vision:  A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.

Ready to become a Wriker?

Wrike is seeking a highly-motivated Product Marketing Manager to be accountable for driving Wrike’s product-led growth (PLG) initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a growth marketer at heart with a passion for building PLG strategies from inception to execution, and testing those strategies iteratively in agile cycles. This candidate will need to collaborate closely with Wrike’s Product Management team, Digital team and Demand Generation teams, as well as others, so the ideal candidate will thrive in a traditional product marketing model but be entirely focused on growth metrics of the overall platform. This is not like other growth roles available on the market and the successful candidate should come with drive, curiosity, an “experiment and test” mindset and flourish under autonomy.

More about Your team:

This is an exciting time to be a part of the Wrike business! We have a strong, established customer base that serves as an advocate of transforming the way teams work together and across silos. Wrike's market and product leadership positions are supported by innovation not seen in other competitors, which means that joining Wrike's Product Marketing team will be a fast-paced, engaging and rewarding experience - especially for growth-oriented and entrepreneurially-minded marketers.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Be the overall owner of all the messaging-related experiments to improve acquisition, activation and retention (landings, nurturing, SEO, social marketing, etc.) including consolidating these experiments into iterative planning documents
  • Lead planning and coordination of joint product and marketing tactics to impact Wrike’s growth ‘north star’ metric: number of new activated accounts including communicating progress regularly with stakeholders
  • Review and improve the library of onboarding (use-case) templates for the goal of activation of new accounts including adding new templates to Wrike’s growing library
  • Review and improve segmentation methods that are used to distinguish entry-level leads from the enterprise leads
  • Analyze and improve the joint marketing + product onboarding journeys, both personalized and topical,  and coherent value propositions of the key segments (channel/campaign > landing > product onboarding experience)
  • Identify content gaps within the customer acquisition phase and then work with internal teams to fill those gap with material like landing pages, short product videos, in-product guides,  and in-product on-demand content
  • Work closely with product lead to define marketing strategy for the freemium product
  • Work closely with internal teams to influence pricing optimization

You will achieve your best if you have:

  • 1-3 years with demonstrable product growth experience. Be prepared to showcase this experience and outcomes in your interview.
  • 5 - 7 years working in a product marketing, technical marketing, product management, or sales engineering role in a SaaS/Cloud technology company
  • Experiment-driven mindset – the candidate we’re looking for has a “test, observe, iterate” mentality and has a drive to try out new ideas but can also optimize based on observations.
  • Empathy – ability to understand problems and needs of the customer
  • Creativity – ability to come up with non-obvious ways to achieve the goal, and courage to promote it within the organization.
  • High level understanding of different marketing channels (SEO, target and contextual ads, content, social media, emails, etc.) with proficiency in at least one of them
  • Understanding PLG concepts including the growth loops concept and different growth models (paid, content, viral)
  • Analytical thinking – ability to measure results of marketing work
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in the areas of Marketing, Business Management, Computer Science or equivalent fields of study
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience with SaaS/Cloud business models with an emphasis on workplace productivity.

You will stand out with:

  • An MBA is highly preferred, but not required
