📍Remote UK | 💰 £85,000 to £105,000 + Benefits | Product at Monzo
About us:
We’re here to make money work for everyone and we're doing things differently. For too long, banking has been obtuse, complex and opaque.
We want to change that and build a bank with everyone, for everyone. Our amazing community suggests features, test the app and give us constant feedback so we can build something everyone loves.
We're focused on solving problems, rather than selling financial products. We want to make the world a better place and change people's lives through Monzo.
About our Borrowing Growth Team:
The Borrowing Growth team sits within our Borrowing Collective. They’re responsible for helping more Monzo customers meet their borrowing needs through the continued growth of our loan and overdraft products. They use experimentation, new channels and marketing to achieve this, while ensuring we lend responsibly and in line with our borrowing principles.
What you’ll be doing:
This is a Growth Product Manager role. Growth squads work a little differently to product-building squads - they’re fast, highly data-driven, and usually focused on short-term results. They’ll usually be growing an existing product rather than building a new product from scratch.
