- ESTIMATED DURATION: 20h/week - Long term
THE OPPORTUNITY
What you’ll need:

5+ years of experience designing high impact and successful, consumer-facing digital products across mobile and web
-
Track record of driving end-user and business impact through designing products and features successfully
-
Experience working in a rapid release cycle environment and partnering closely with Tech partners (Product Managers, Engineers, Data)

Design maturity in setting UX vision and explaining rationale behind design decisions with a strong problem solving orientation
-
A pattern of curiosity and skill-building over time (growth mindset)
-
Experience with Figma, The Atlassian Suite, and various prototyping tools.
Nice to haves:

Experience in high growth startups

Experience building TeleHealth products
- Be located in the EST time zone. If not, you must be willing to work EST hours
About the UX Designer role:
Our client is a growing, fast-paced startup using technology to revolutionize healthcare. As a UX Designer, you’ll be responsible for adding to the overall user experience by defining, executing, and iterating on their end-to-end customer-focused product design strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with their product, engineering, design and clinical teams to build amazing products for their patients. The ideal candidate is motivated by building delightful user experiences, excited about hands-on design execution, and highly customer-focused.
What you’ll do:

Work through all aspects of the design process - from research, ideation, UX architecture, flows, interactions to wireframes, testing and polished visual design.
- A/B testing design concepts to maximize output and efficiency.

Lead and participate in user research and testing to apply insights to design strategy.

Rapidly produce UX concepts and vision through effective demonstrations and storytelling

Implement, maintain and evolve the Design System

Strategically balance design thinking with effective execution without sacrificing the integrity of design

Collaborate in cross-functional teams by communicating visually and verbally with key-stakeholders, including non-designers
