Group Product Manager - Wise Platform

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to Wise Platform:

• You’ll work on building the Wise Platform product - ensuring our partners can offer customers a world class experience for sending, receiving and managing their money globally.  Our API documents are public – check these out to start understanding the current product
• You’ll build a deep understanding of the tools that customers and businesses use today and how they make international transfers - creating products that help these tools embed Wise-powered payments experiences
• You’ll be hands on in helping the team execute - whether this is joining sales pitches, helping negotiate partner requirements or supporting in the process of getting partners live
• You’ll be championing Wise Platform in the rest of the organisation, and liaising across functions (customer support, financial crime, operations, etc.) to build great products, processes and customer experiences

This role will give you the opportunity to:

• Reinvent the way partners around the world offer payments and financial products to their customers
• Work on one of the biggest levers of our mission - we are able to reduce prices by growing the volume of money we move – scaling this through partnerships can get us there faster

Of course, you can always gather feedback from smart, curious people across Wise but you’ll have the freedom to make your own calls

About you:

• You have delivered highly ambitious, impactful products before in data-driven environments
• You’re excited by how we’re rapidly scaling our platform offering, and have built API driven products and partnerships previously
• You are equally comfortable working on technical architecture, compliance requirements, legal obligations and commercial models and are able to shape and influence thinking on these points
• You are customer-focused at heart - at Wise, they always come first, so you need to be enthusiastic about helping our customers and delivering on our mission
• You have fresh ideas - you don’t accept the status quo, but are interested in solving problems in novel ways. You are able to communicate the impact of those ideas and formulate plans to implement them
• You are an excellent, influential communicator - you can express your thoughts and ideas clearly and honestly with respect for others, who may have conflicting opinions
