As a product leader in the HelloSign organization, you will lead a growth product team responsible for inflecting HelloSign growth in a pivotal time as Dropbox continues to expand beyond its $2B core sync & share business into faster growing digital organization and workflow products.
You will own a key piece of the company’s long-term strategy and roadmap for new growth directions that introduce and expandsHelloSignrelationship with customers. You will manage a team of product managers and innovate complex strategies in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a mix of analytical horsepower, relentless execution, and well-honed user judgment. You will be responsible for delivering best in class experiences to acquire new users and convert them into loyal paying subscribers, driving both best in class user experiences and HelloSign business goals. You will learn to think holistically about the product experience and the business deeply to set the right long-term direction for your team of PMs and cross-functional partners.
You’ll think holistically about our entire subscription business, jumping between high level strategy and execution, and will partner cross functionally to drive initiatives that keep our business healthy. Responsibilities
Be responsible for accelerating the customer growth and engagement of HelloSign eSignature product offering. Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for growing lifetime value across the customer base.
Identifying opportunities to increase engagement and retention through new product initiatives and features. Build, manage, and help to execute our growth and retention roadmap - you’ll be the voice of our customers and driving change across all departments.
Lead and guideproduct direction for a team of product managers and a cross-functional team of engineering, design,analytics, and marketers.
Lead your team to identify customer needs and business opportunities through a combination of user research, collecting feedback from cross-functional partners, working with the analytics team to deeply understand user behavior and engagement metrics, and competitive analysis.
Use a combination of these qualitative and quantitative insights, as well as industry best practices to prioritize opportunities across customer experiences including in-product and account management surfaces.
Define experiences that help mitigate active and passive churn. Propose and run tests to improve the experience in those key moments. Work with a dedicated design and engineering team to research, ideate, user test, build MVPs and scale successful tests
Build systems to proactively identify problem areas in the business and bubble those up to the relevant stakeholder(s).
Define, understand, and improve key growth funnels, engagement and retention metrics, and understand what moves those metrics(both positively and negatively), and provide direction to influence those metrics in the right direction.
Communicate clearly and crisply with leadership stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams and organizations through formal operational processes and in scrappy ways.
Requirements
8+ years of experience delivering highly successful and innovative software products and leading growth and retention teams.
4+ years of experience managing product managers.
Demonstrated ability to drive business results in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
Track record of building experiences that effectively solve a customer pain point resulting in significant business impact
Shipped creative and highly successful self-serve products; involved in end-to-end product process from conceptualizing, building, shipping and scaling products.
Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
Turn ambiguous problems and big ideas into a roadmap of features, experiments, and research with minimal guidance.
Deeply understand how your products work and how to measure short- and long-term success. You know every step of the user funnel. You can design, run, and interpret experiments and A/B tests.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data from a variety of sources, identify key insights, identify opportunities, and inform product decisions, with a bias to action and experimentation
Build consensus and listen well, but can also drive hard decisions.
Excels at communicating with team, partners, and executives with clarity, salience, and urgency. Adept at proactively managing upwards.
