We're hiring a Group Product Manager to help land new customers, reporting to Head of Product for New Customer Growth. If you're passionate about growing products, making a significant impact, and coaching the next generation of product leaders, we would love to hear from you!

What you'll do:

Identifying top-of-funnel strategies to attract and activate new users to Atlassian across our flagship products
Manage, grow, and empower a team of 3+ product managers, with the delivery of outcomes and improving of craft.
Drive data literacy. You identify the right data you need, build insights that inspire action autonomously. You know how to use data to make better decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis.
Succeed in a matrixed and experimentation-driven culture, with an emphasis on rapid iterations and testing.
Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Business teams to ship products that deliver beautiful, thoughtful, and delightful experiences to our customers.
Maintain a customer-centric approach, focusing on the impact across our existing customer base and exploring opportunities to reach new customers.

Your background

10+ years of product or related experience with relevant prior growth experience
2+ years of people management experience with a love for developing and mentoring managers and ICs
Experience achieving outcomes by guiding divergent work across different crafts
Set clear strategy, with audacious goals, for your portfolio that provides the team with direction and inspiration
Experimentation experience in designing tests, summarizing test results and building frameworks to make data-informed launch decisions
Creative product brainstorming experience to apply growth tactics to different product areas and think through detailed elements of a product experience

Compensation

At Atlassian, we tie our base pay ranges to role and level. In the United States, that means your base pay ranges will fall into one of three geographic pay zones depending on your location. Our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $176,200 - $270,300

Zone B: $158,600 - $243,300

Zone C: $146,200 - $224,400

Within each range, base pay is ultimately determined based on your skills, expertise, and experience. This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and/or equity.
